This is a prelaunch notice for the ForgeBoss private-beta application. It is not the final commercial Privacy Policy.
WHAT WE COLLECT
If you use the free build preview, we process the project idea and target you enter, plus a random browser identifier used to limit free-preview abuse. If you apply for early access, we collect the information you enter in the form, such as your name, email address, project idea, target platform, technical level and optional budget range.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
We use free-preview input to generate the requested starter preview, enforce shared-capacity limits and improve launch planning. We use beta-application information to assess private-beta fit, contact applicants about ForgeBoss and understand likely product demand.
HOW IT IS HANDLED
Free-preview prompts may be sent to an approved third-party AI provider using shared free-only capacity. Do not put confidential information, customer data, passwords, API keys or credentials into the free preview. ForgeBoss stores private operational records for preview limits and run evidence; the run record stores a digest of the idea rather than the idea text. Beta-application data is stored in private application storage used to operate this site.
FREE-TIER AI PROVIDERS
Free AI tiers can have different data-use terms from paid commercial tiers. The preview route is intentionally limited and requires explicit consent before a prompt is sent. The website does not silently fall back to paid AI when free capacity is exhausted.
MARKETING AND OPT-OUT
Beta applicants explicitly consent to ForgeBoss private-beta updates. You can opt out of those messages at any time.
BEFORE COMMERCIAL LAUNCH
A fuller customer Privacy Policy, data-processing disclosure, retention/deletion rules and applicable Australian legal review are part of the paid-beta launch gate.
